
If you received a registration form in the mail, please fill it out and return it to the church office as soon as possible. Patio sign-ups are underway!
There will be mandatory meetings for first-time volunteers and all returning food and beverage volunteers on Sunday, January 22nd after second service in the J360s and 370s. Lunch will be provided.
Mark your calendars for the Volunteer Prayer Event on Sunday, February 26th in the chapel from 4:30-6:30pm. At this mandatory event for all volunteers you will meet with your service team and spend valuable time praying for the conference speakers and attendees.
Please note these important dates of service;
• Set-up: Monday, March 5th and Tuesday, March 6th; 10am-4pm; all volunteers welcome.
• Conference Dates: March 7-9, 2012; volunteers must pre-register.
• Wrap-up: Saturday, March 10th; 10am-4pm; all volunteers welcome.
