Bill Shannon has served on staff since 1989. He is the pastor of FaithBuilders, a Sunday morning adult fellowship group, and Grace Community School. Bill oversees and is actively involved in the biblical counseling ministry. He teaches discipleship counseling and marriage and family classes through Logos Equipping Ministries and provides formal and informal counseling for church members and regular attenders of Grace Church. He is also a member of the National Association of Nouthetic Counselors (NANC).

George Sanders has been a lay elder for 7 years. He currently serves in FaithBuilders alongside Bill Shannon and is active with Anna, his wife of 29 blessed years, in the Discipleship - Counseling Ministry here at Grace. He is on the Board of Directors of The Master's College and Seminary and is a practicing plastic surgeon.
