Our premarital/marriage seminar consists of four sessions that will take place on two different weekends. During these sessions couples will learn how to prepare for a God-honoring and biblical marriage. Please note that seminar sessions are available only for engaged couples, newlyweds, couples seriously considering marriage, and married couples desiring a marriage refresher.
For couples wishing to be married at Grace Community Church, it is also required that they meet with the pastor who will perform their ceremony in order to discuss their readiness for marriage. Couples will also be required to meet with a married couple who will disciple them and help answer any questions they may have. Finally, please note that all weddings at Grace Community Church must align with our Elders Statement on Marriage, which specifies what we believe about the union between one man and one woman (Genesis 2:21–24; Matthew 19:4–6; Mark 10:6–9).
The dates for this Premarital-Marital Seminar are January 12-13 and February 2-3.
The Friday night sessions start at 7:00 p.m. and end at 9:00 p.m. and the Saturday sessions start at 9:00 a.m. and end at noon. All Pre-Marital/Marital Seminars will meet in the T370s.
Please note that all four days must be attended, and that the price of either $35/$65 will cover all four days. You will only need to register once as a couple.
