Description

Frank grew up in California’s San Fernando Valley, and was living on his own at the age of sixteen. He worked at the General Motors plant in Van Nuys, and got involved with buying and selling drugs. After being unconscious for three days due to an overdose, he realized his mortality. He called on God in prayer, asking, “God, if you are real, please show me who you are.” A co-worker at the GM factory placed a biblical tract on the seat of one of the cars on the assembly line, and Frank removed the tract and put it into his shirt pocket as the car passed his work area. That night, he read the biblical tract and prayed, asking for forgiveness of sins through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ.

The Lord transformed Frank, who went on to have a twenty-five-year career in business management, including executive level positions working with Fortune 100 and 500 companies. In parallel to Frank’s professional career, the Lord drew Frank to service and leadership in jail ministry. For thirty-five years, Frank has served as a volunteer/Chaplain for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Frank is currently serving as the Protestant Liaison Senior Chaplain for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Jail Facilities. Frank is also the Founder/CEO of Only Hope Prison Ministries.
