Brad Klassen

Elder, Pastor

Brad serves as an associate professor of Bible exposition at The Master’s Seminary, and gives leadership to Grace Church’s men’s ministry, Men of the Word. From 2001 until he joined the seminary faculty in 2013, Brad was involved in theological education in the former Soviet Union. Brad and his wife, Heather, have four children.

Marco Bartholomae

Assistant

Marco was born and raised in Berlin, Germany, where he worked and studied at the European Bible Training Center (EBTC) from 2007-2021. He was also part of a church plant in downtown Berlin in 2016 (Eckstein Gemeinde Berlin), where he served as the teaching- and administrative Pastor. Marco earned his Master of Divinity degree at The Master’s Seminary (TMS) in 2015 and is currently enrolled in Th.M. program at TMS (certified through Association of Certified Biblical Counselors since 2014). He serves now as the Director of Membership at The Master’s Academy International (TMAI) in Los Angeles, California. He also assists Pastor Brad Klassen in the men’s ministry, Men of the Word. Marco is married to Katrina and they have four children.

Matt Heller

Assistant

Born and raised on the east coast, Matt hails from Danbury, Connecticut. He earned his B.A. in business administration from Western Connecticut State University, and his M.Div. at The Master’s Seminary. 

Mark Smith

Assistant

Mark serves as the Director of Graduate Studies in Biblical Counseling at The Master’s University and oversees Leadership Shepherding and Counseling in Men of the Word. Specifically, Mark serves small group leaders by providing biblical counseling, discipleship, support, and training in biblical counseling. He works closely with the leaders and the church’s biblical counseling ministry on individual cases as well. Mark and his wife Janet have two children.
