Seminary Wives Discipleship Women’s

Seminary Wives is a three-pronged program designed specifically for future pastors’ wives whose husbands are attending TMS. Our emphasis is…

  • Devotion to God, her husband, and family through study of the Word and profitable literature. Titus 2:3-5; 1 Peter 3:1-6
  • Growth through small group discipleship, accountability, and support. Colossians 3:16; 2 Peter 3:18
  • Preparation for future ministry alongside her husband by providing materials, resources, and practical training in women's ministry.

Seminary Wives meet regularly throughout the year for fellowship and training, and we encourage participation in Every Woman’s Grace each Wednesday.

Seminary Wives 2022–2023

Welcome to Seminary Wives Discipleship! We are so thankful that your husband has chosen to pursue training at The Master’s Seminary, and we appreciate your support during this season of equipping.

The theme this year for Seminary Wives Discipleship is taken from Galatians 6:9-10: “Let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we will reap if we do not grow weary. So then, while we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, and especially to those who are of the household of faith.”

Monthly meetings are open to all wives whose husbands are in seminary. We meet primarily on the campus of Grace Community Church on the 3rd floor of the Tower Building from 7-9 pm though some meetings are held in homes around the area. The meetings are on different Wednesday evenings each month.

You can register online. Nursery care is provided for children from birth through pre-K, available through pre-registration. If you are new to Grace Church and have never registered your child for the nursery, please complete the Children's Ministry registration form.

Another opportunity is to participate in Grace Community Church’s weekly women’s Bible study, Every Woman’s Grace. This year we have the privilege of studying the Gospel of John, one of the most beloved books in the Bible. All women are invited to join us for a weekly study as we explore this vital account of the incarnation, ministry, and atoning work of Jesus Christ. Through this study, our faith will be strengthened and our understanding of our Savior will grow—propelling us towards greater devotion to Him and obedience to His Word with hearts of thankfulness for all He has done.

The morning EWG class meets from 10 am–12 pm with nursery care for children from birth through pre-K and there’s also a supervised homeschool room for your children aged 5-12. There is also an evening class which meets from 7-9 pm which you can attend on the other three Wednesday evenings each month. You can register for EWG online.

We are thankful that you and your husband are here and we look forward to seeing how the Lord will bless your time at TMS!
