Thank you for your interest in serving our children and students! If you are 18 years of age or older and are a member of Grace Community Church, you can begin the application process by completing the following steps:

1. Volunteer Application – You can pick up a volunteer application for Children's Ministry at the trolley located by the Children’s Center on Sunday mornings or Sunday evenings. These applications are also available in the Children’s Ministry office Monday through Friday during business hours. For Student Ministries, applications are available in the Student Ministry office Monday through Friday during business hours.
2. Live Scan Backgroung Check – All members interested in joining Children’s or Student Ministry must complete a Live Scan background check. Live Scan instruction packets are available at gracechurch.org/backgroundcheck or at the trolley located by the Children's Center, in the Children's Ministry office, or in the Student Ministry office.
3. Ministry Safe Training – Once you have completed your Live Scan background check and have submitted your completed Live Scan forms to the Children’s or Student Ministry offices, you will be emailed an online, one-hour Ministry Safe training. All applicants must complete this step prior to serving with minors.
4. Interview with Ministry Leader – After completing Live Scan, Ministry Safe, and your Volunteer Application, one of our ministry leaders will contact you to complete an interview prior to your start of service.
