Sunday A/V Volunteers help support worship services and campus events through a variety of production and setup roles. During Sunday services, volunteers may serve as a Lighting Operator, ProPresenter Operator, or Audio Assistant. Volunteers can also help before and after services by setting up and tearing down chairs, microphones, and other stage equipment. Additional opportunities may include providing A/V support for campus events such as Kids’ Choir rehearsals, Adventure Club, afternoon Bible studies, and other special events throughout the year.
Mechanical service such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. General maintenance such as changing light bulbs, replacing filters, changing door hardware and painting. Groundskeeping service that includes watering plants, tidying patios and parking lots, and occasional plantings. Cleaning offices, classrooms and common areas. Warehousing and transportation logistics for annual events.
Investing in the lives of the next generation and supporting parents by caring for their children during Sunday morning, evening, and mid-week ministries. Opportunities include: Sunday School Ministry (3 years-2nd grade) for those who desire to help our children learn the Word of God, Nursery Ministry for those who are gifted at caring for babies, Juniors (3rd-5th grade) for those who care deeply about investing in the next generation, and Adventure Club (3 years-6th grade) for those wanting to serve in a fun environment on Sunday evenings. Preparing and serving food and beverages during special events including Plaza Fellowships and Christmas concerts. We get to set the table for our church!
Bookstore customer service and cashiering on Sundays, weekdays, and special events.
Presenting the gospel through neighborhood and sports outreach, jail ministry, Hope Bible Study, abortion clinic evangelism, open-air preaching, ethnic ministries, and more.
Serving as experienced on-call doctors or nurses in conjunction with our mid-week ministries or on Sundays.
Singing or playing in our choir, vocal groups, or instrumental ensembles. Additionally, helping support our children’s and youth choirs.
Patrolling our main parking lot during the week, on Saturdays and Sundays, or anytime for special events. Experience as an active/retired Law Enforcement, Fire Fighters, Paramedics/EMTs or retired military is a plus.
Assisting our disabled young children and students on Sunday mornings and adults on Tuesday nights.
Engaging in gospel-focused ministry aimed at the teens and young adults at our church, including multiple opportunities throughout the week to disciple jr. high, high school, and college students. Student Ministry Volunteer Application Process
Troubleshooting check-in kiosk and printer-related issues as needed. Tasks include answering phones, replacing printer ink, and distributing labels on campus. Training will be provided by our IT department.
Welcoming visitors on Sundays by greeting them, answering their questions, and hosting them in the Welcome Center.
Helping set up for Every Woman’s Grace, host Bible studies, assist with events, and more—for those already attending our women's ministries.
