How do I change my password?

Use the Forgot Password? link located on the “Account” drop-down menu found in the top right corner. Once you enter the email address associated with your account, you will receive a link to create a new password. You will have one hour to make the change before the link expires.


How do I change my email?

Sign into your account by selecting “Account” found in the top right corner and select Change Email Address from the dashboard menu. Once you enter the new email address and select "Request Email Address Change," you will have one hour to verify the new email address.


How do I change my mailing address?

To update or correct your mailing address, please contact the Membership Department at membership@gracechurch.org.


Where can I see my giving history?

Sign into your account by selecting “Account” found in the top right corner and select My Giving from the dashboard menu on the left. If you would like to see all giving, including cash and check gifts, please contact the Accounting Department at giving@gracechurch.org.


How do I request a year-end statement?

Statements are mailed every year on January 31. If you have not received a statement by mail, please contact the Accounting Department at giving@gracechurch.org.


How do I stop recurring giving?

Sign into your account by selecting “Account” found in the top right corner and select My Giving from the dashboard menu on the left. Locate the recurring gift under the “Recurring Gifts” heading and select the option in the “Stop” column. Once the recurring gift is stopped, you will see the date it was ended.


How do I change credit card information/amount?

Sign into your account by selecting “Account” found in the top right corner and select My Giving from the dashboard menu on the left. Locate the recurring gift under the “Recurring Gifts” heading. To change the card information, select the card’s last four digits in the "Card" column, edit the card information, and select "Update Payment" to save the changes. To change the amount, select the dollar value in the "Amount" column, edit the sum, and select "Change this Gift Amount" to save the change.


How do I know if my gift has been stopped?

Sign into your account by selecting “Account” found in the top right corner and select My Giving from the dashboard menu on the left. Locate the recurring gift under the “Recurring Gifts” heading. If the gift has been stopped, the “Stop” column will show the date it was ended. If the recurring gift is active, you will see .


What do I do if I gave to the wrong ministry or missionary?

To correct the recipient of your gift, please contact the Accounting Department at giving@gracechurch.org.


How do I give to a missionary instead of Grace Church?

You can give to a specific missionary by selecting one from the “Ministries” drop-down menu on the International Outreach page, or by searching for an individual missionary. GMI missionaries can receive one-time and recurring gifts.


How do I give to an STM Team Member?

You can give to an STM Team Member by selecting their name from the drop down menu at the bottom of the Short-Term Ministries page. If you cannot find the name you are looking for, please wait and check back at a later date.
