Opt-In for Paperless End-of-year Giving Statements

You are now able to receive Grace Community Church End-of-year Giving Statements via email. To opt in for paperless statements, you must have an account on gracechurch.org.

 

 

Please opt in by January 10 to receive your 2025 End-of-year Giving Statement via email. 2025 End-of-year Giving Statements, both physical and electronic, will be sent by January 31, 2026.

When can I expect to receive my EOY statement via email once I’ve opted in?

The 2025 End-of-year Giving Statements will be sent by January 31, 2026.


Do both spouses need to opt in?

If your giving to Grace Church is combined, one spouse may opt-in for the household.
If you and your spouse give as separate “households”, both spouses will need to opt-in in order to receive their individual statements.

 

What types of donations will be included on my EOY statement?

If you have given via ACH, cash, credit card, or check within the last year, these donations will be seen on your statement.

 

What if I don't receive my 2025 End-of-year Giving Statement by February 1, 2026?

For emailed statements, please make sure to check your spam and junk folders for the missing email sent from noreply@gracechurch.org. If you still cannot find the email, please contact us by emailing giving@gracechurch.org.
For physical statements, please allow time for the post office to deliver your statement. If you still have not received your statement by February 15, 2026, please email us at giving@gracechurch.org.

Why does my Opt-in Status show Pending?

Once you accept, your "Opt-in Status" will be marked as "Pending" on your Account Dashboard page. Please give our offices four business days to process changes. If you have any questions, please contact membership@gracechurch.org.
