Lance and Sandy were sent out by Grace Community Church and Shenandoah Baptist Church (Roanoke, VA) as missionaries to the Czech Republic in May 2001. Lance is a graduate of The Master's Seminary—M.Div. (2000) and D.Min (2011)—and was ordained to the work of the ministry by Grace Community Church.

Goals:

• Evangelism and Church Planting
• Discipleship and training both in the local church and through the church-based Czech Bible Institute, a member of the Master's Academy International (TMAI)
• Publishing (providing resources for training church leaders and equipping the saints)

Current Ministry:

• Lance serves as an elder in the Kromeriz Baptist Church, where he regularly teaches and preaches.
• Lance serves as Dean of the Czech Bible Institute (a TMAI school), and is striving to help train national leaders. www.tmai.org
• Lance serves as president of Didasko, a teaching and publishing organization in the Czech Republic. www.didasko.cz
• Sandy is primarily devoted to being a godly wife and mother.
