Daniel in the Lions’ Den

In our final section of Pastor John’s study guide, “An Uncompromising Life,” we read the events in Daniel 6 where Daniel was thrown into the lion's den for praying to God without compromise. National governments rise and fall but God is sovereign for eternity. Daniel is an example of perseverance in the face of prosecution and penalty as he waits for God's preservation, retribution, and prosperity. We conclude by considering what elements of Daniel's uncompromising character we can individually apply in our own lives.
