How do I set up an account through the app?
Open the Grace Community Church app on your phone and tap the "Lord's Day" option on the bottom menu. Tap the person icon in the top, right-hand corner. This will take you to the login form. Select "create an account now" at the end of the paragraph under the "Sign in" header. Complete the form, and tap "Create Account" at the bottom.
You can set up an account through the website or the app, using only your name and email address. However, in order to register your attendance (only available in the app) you will be asked to fill in your address information.
How do I register attendance?
In order to register your attendance, download the Grace Community Church app (available for iPhone and Android). Attendance registration is only available on the app and is for members and regular attenders of Grace Community Church. Open the app, and tap the "Lord's Day" option on the bottom menu. Tap the "Registration Card" header. If you are not logged in, you will see the option to sign in or create an account. Once you are signed in, you will be able to fill in the registration card. Your address is required when submitting your attendance.
How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password from the gracechurch.org website. Use the “Forgot Password?” link located on the “Account” drop-down menu found in the top right corner. Once you enter the email address associated with your account, you will receive a link to create a new password. You will have one hour to make the change before the link expires.
Why won't the app work on my phone/tablet?
The app is available for Android 7.0 or higher and requires iOS 8.0 or later. If you are having trouble with the app or have a suggestion, you can submit inquiries via the App Support form.
