Tom has been on staff at Grace Church since 2001. He has served as pastor over membership, and currently serves as pastor of congregational care ministries, providing pastoral support to individuals and families during times of trial through counseling, visitations, and discipleship. Tom earned his B.A. at The Master's University and his M.Div. at The Master's Seminary, where he also serves as an adjunct professor. Tom co-pastors the Joint Heirs fellowship group. He and his wife, Lori, have three wonderful sons.
John is a professor of biblical counseling at The Master’s University and Seminary, and he serves as the chairman of the Masters of Arts in Biblical Counseling program. Prior to coming to this program, he taught at Cedarville and Cornerstone Universities. John also served as a pastor for 22 years, and as a church-planter in Ohio. He completed seminary at Grand Rapids Baptist Seminary, and earned his doctoral degree from Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Currently, he is an elder at Grace Church and serves as co-pastor of the Joint Heirs fellowship group. John and his wife, Janie, have four children and six grandchildren.
Bob and his wife, Glenda, met and married in Lancaster, California more than sixty years ago. They have four grown daughters who are married, ten grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Bob served in the navy and then took positions in insurance and general contracting, finishing his working career by retiring a few years ago after enjoying twenty years as vice president of operations at The Master’s University. Bob and Glenda have been at Grace Church for more than thirty-five years, and Bob has been blessed by many opportunities to serve in that time, including leading men’s Bible studies and serving as an elder in the Joint Heirs fellowship group.
Rick graduated from The Master’s University with a degree in Christian education and from The Master’s Seminary with an M.Div. degree. For six years, Rick served in an outreach ministry of Grace Church to the homeless in L.A., and then served in the Sunday School ministry for six years. Since 2002, he has been privileged to pastor Special Ministries, a ministry for the mentally and physically disabled people of the church. Rick also serves in the Pastoral Care Ministry, and is blessed to have his wife, Janelle, to serve alongside him in these ministries.
