Job Opportunities

Audio-Visual Technician (PT). The Grace Church Audio-Visual Department has a part-time opening (up to 20 hours per week) for an Audio-Visual Technician. This position involves planning, setting up, and providing technical support for the ministry events that occur across the church campus every day of the week. This includes live sound reinforcement, laptop/video connections, zoom calls, and basic audio/video recording. Must pay attention to detail and be able to troubleshoot under pressure while providing excellent customer service and interaction with church staff and attendees.  Must be available to work mornings to mid-afternoons, Monday through Friday.

Barista (PT). The Coffee Shop has several part-time openings (15–29 hours per week) for baristas. Experience in specialty coffee is preferred but not required. Must be able to provide excellent hospitality, work well with others on a team, and excel in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work while standing for extended periods of time.

Custodian (PT). The Custodial Department has part-time openings (20–29 hours per week) for a custodian who will enjoy working in a team environment and serving the church in practical ways. Position requires ability to be detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Job duties include setup and teardown of rooms for church events as well as various cleaning tasks. Applicants must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Event Server (PT). The Events Department currently has part-time openings for events servers. Hours will vary. Experience in serving during special events is preferable. Requirements are to be able to interact with parties in a gracious and friendly manner while working in a fast-paced environment.

GMI Accountant (FT). The Accounting Department has a full-time opening for an accountant for Grace Ministries International. Duties include maintaining the general ledger, preparing journals, processing payroll, administering grants, and preparing financial reports in Excel format. Additional duties include acting as liaison with Short-Term Ministries, and general office work as assigned. Requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years’ experience in the field or related area. Strong Excel skills are an advantage; basic knowledge of accounting and tax concepts and practices are required.

Graphic Designer (FT/PT). The Communications Department has an opening for either a part-time (20–29 hours per week) or full-time (40 hours per week) graphic designer. The ideal candidate will have experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, a proven understanding of graphic design fundamentals, and a strong command of color theory, image composition, and typography. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field and 1–3 years’ experience in professional design.

HR Generalist (FT). The Human Resources Department has a full-time opening for an HR generalist. This position is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR Department. The position assists with employee needs, maintains employment law compliance, and oversees the workers compensation program as well as open enrollment and various trainings. Requirements include excellent organizational and customer service skills, attention to detail, and an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office required. Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years’ experience in an HR environment with an HRIS system preferred.

Kitchen Staff (PT). The Events Department has several part-time (flexible hours per week) openings for cooking.  Experience in the culinary industry is preferred but not required. Must be able to work well with others on a team, excel in a fast-paced environment, and assist with the unloading of deliveries and placing them in their proper storage. Must be able to bend, push, and pull while lifting up to 50 pounds.

Nurse (FT). Grace Church has a full-time opening for a registered nurse who will work on the campus Monday–Friday, and on additional offsite events as needed. This position is responsible for independently administering basic care under the current BLS guidelines and RN scope of practice of the state of California to children and adults of all ages. Must be able to exhibit love to children, parents, staff, and adults and desire to serve with patience and joy. A minimum of an associate degree in nursing is required and a minimum of five years’ experience in patient care is preferred. Position provides competitive pay and an excellent benefits package.

Security Patrol (PT).  The Security Department has several part-time openings (20–29 hours per week) for security to patrol campus buildings and grounds. The ideal candidate will be able to exercise confidentiality, good judgment, and discernment; able to work in all weather conditions; able to stand, walk, climb stairs, bend, and reach for extended periods of time; must be able to lift 30 pounds on a regular basis and up to 100 pounds with assistance on an as-needed basis; and must successfully pass a background investigation. Working some Sundays each month, and at least one overnight shift per week, will be required.

Full Stack Web Developer (FT). Grace to You (GTY) is looking to hire a full-time, full stack web developer. You would program and maintain web applications for Grace to You’ s Digital Platforms department, as well as develop front- and back-end applications, servers, and databases that comprise our website’s foundational structure. Candidates should have 3+ years’ full stack development experience, and experience with React Native, Node.js, JavaScript, MySQL, HTML5, and CSS3. All employees of GTY must be biblically qualified as a deacon or deaconess and be a member of Grace Church. The Master's University

Agricultural Business Professor (FT). The Master’s University has an exciting opportunity for a full-time business professor with expertise in Agricultural Business. Responsibilities include leading TMU’s new emphasis in Agricultural Business, teaching a schedule of classes consisting of approximately twelve units per semester, developing and designing course material for courses in the business department, and organizing experiential learning activities for the agricultural emphasis as established or assigned. A doctoral or terminal degree is preferred. 

Data Entry Specialist (PT). The Master’s University Office of Development is looking for a part-time data entry specialist (up to 29 hours per week). Responsibilities will include entering and editing records, gifts, and other data processes. Position requires ability to be detail-oriented, accurate, organized, and communicative. 

IT Service Desk Manager (FT). The Master’s University has a full-time opening for a Service Desk Manager (40 hours/week). This position is responsible for advancing the mission and vision of TMUS by providing oversight to both service desk operations and personnel with professionalism and timeliness in a highly dynamic environment. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. 

Junior Software Engineer (FT). The Master’s University has a full-time opening for a junior software engineer. This position plays a vital role by sustaining, documenting, and implementing software solutions while following proper architecture and coding standards. Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Lead Service Desk Analyst (FT). The Master’s University has a full-time opening for a senior service desk analyst. This position is responsible for advancing the mission and vision of TMUS by advancing service desk operations, primarily through facilitating service ticket resolution on both a team and personal level. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Server and Cloud Administrator (FT). The Master’s University has a full-time opening for a server cloud administrator. This position is responsible for the design, operation, maintenance, and optimization of campus servers and cloud-based systems to support the mission and strategic needs of the University. Must have an associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
