“Hear my cry, O God, Give heed to my prayer.” —Psalm 61:1–2
Prayer is vital for the times that we live in today—it gives us an opportunity to share our requests and burdens to our Heavenly Father, giving us immediate access to His very self and all the divine wisdom, comfort, and grace He provides (James 1:5, Psalm 34:17, Hebrews 4:16).
To that end, we are looking forward to another day of prayer from Friday, October 18 at 6 pm to Saturday, October 19 at 6 pm in the Tower Basement. Throughout the day, elders will open each hour with Scripture reading and prayer. Submitted prayer requests will be found on cards at each table, and light refreshments will be provided. Prayer requests can be submitted online from this page, or by picking up a card at the Patio table on Sundays throughout October and turning it in to the receptionist at the Office Center during the week.
This will be a great opportunity not only to pray but to spend time with some of our elders, as well as other believers from our church.
While no formal commitment is required to come and pray, filling out the commitment form will help us organize the day and allows us to send you a reminder of the time slot you choose.
